Our FOR SALE: VF GOLD DUST aka Hickory. 8 year old buckskin gelding who is an own son of Down Home Dash (SI 108). He's quite the looker! 15.1 hands, big boned and has a baby doll head. Loads, bathes, clips and stands all day long if need be. Has been run at local jackpots and several big shows. Has been there and done that and seen the sights. Runs 1D and 2D at local jackpots and 3D at big shows. Hickory really cows a barrel and leaves hard and has had some 1st barrel issues. Experienced rider only. This is why I must sell him. FOR SALE: barrel and pole bending mare. Pinky is 23 years old but is in great shape and looks much younger. I raised and trained her and she qualified for the ARA Finals rodeo for me. I sold her and she was competed on in junior barrels in the ARA and went to the finals every year. She then was competed on in the Arkansas High School Rodeo Association for one year before being turned out. I purchased her back for my niece to compete on. She won many A-OK events while Tandy competed on her. Pinky has been raising colts for the last 5 years. I am not breeding her back and have decided to sell her provided she goes to a very good and caring home. She is a very easy keeper. She would be well suited for a child or smaller kid that needs to move up in competition and can ride a barrel horse. She has absolutely no bad habits and runs the same pattern every time.
